Please note that all pre-order are subjected to allocation depending on the distributor. Pre-orders are valid for 6 months after the date of first release by the distributor. In the event where the distributor is clear that there are no foreseeable waves of release, we will proceed with the refund earlier. We may also release the refunds early based on our sole discretion. You will receive the refunds between 3 to 7 working days.
