Shipping

International Shipping

For Single Card(s):

- via Singpost [Basic Mail (no tracking) & Registered Air Mail (with tracking)]

*Usually takes 4 - 16 days depending on countries zone.

Note: Vivre Card will not be liable for any lost mail for basic mail (no tracking). Only select this shipping method if you're comfortable with it.

- via Fedex (recommended for high-value card)

*Usually 2 - 5 working days, trackable

For Sealed Product(s) (large items - e.g. Booster Box):

Asia:

- via Qexpress / Aramex (Trackable, 2 - 7 working days)

- via Fedex (recommended for high-value card)

*Usually 2 - 5 working days, trackable

Rest of world:

- via Fedex (Trackable, 2 - 7 working days)

Processing Time

All orders are shipped out within 1-2 Business Days of purchase. Orders will be delivered between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your parcel has been shipped you will be sent email confirmation with tracking information.

Payment

All payments are 100% secure and all information exchanged in order to process the payment is encrypted by SSL.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Note, cards issued by local banks which are not listed above will not be accepted by our global processing service, in which case we recommend PayPal as an alternative.

PAYPAL

PayPal express feature is available to speed through the checkout.

STORE-CREDIT AND GIFT CERTIFICATES

You can also use store-credit or a gift certificate. Each gift certificate and store-credit carries an individual code you can easily enter when completing the checkout.

Ordering Information

MODIFYING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we are not able to change or cancel an order once placed. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping information before placing your order. If you have any urgent changes please contact our customer service at vivrecardshop@gmail.com. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you have inputted an incorrect shipping address on your order, please contact us ASAP. Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. Orders returned due to an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost of stolen packages.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED

In the event that your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to our customer care.

Pre-Order Policy

Please note that all pre-order are subjected to allocation depending on the distributor. 

Pre-orders are valid for 6 months after the date of first release by the distributor. In the event where the distributor is clear that there are no foreseeable waves of release, we will proceed with the refund earlier.

We may also release the refunds early based on our sole discretion. You will receive the refunds between 3 to 7 working days. Allocation policy is solely up to our discretion and may change for different pre-orders.

Expected release date stated in the listing is indicative. The actual date of release of items are subject to decisions made by manufacturer and distributor. Should there be any delay mentioned by the distributor, we will post a notice on our website.
